How to Be Human (Week 6): Embracing Our Humanity

This week we explore the reality that suffering, loss, and death are unavoidable parts of being human. Through the story of Lazarus, Jesus shows us that God does not abandon us in our pain–he enters into it and brings life out of death. The invitation of the Christian life is not to become superhuman, but to embrace our humanity and trust God with what we cannot control.
