In the midst of challenging and changing circumstances, we are all searching for solid ground. As we approach an abnormal summer and an uncertain fall, being grounded is a goal worth pursuing. Being grounded means being well balanced and sensible; someone who makes good decisions; someone who is steady in the face of uncertainty. God wants to help us be grounded, to build a firm foundation in our lives so that we can weather whatever comes our way. Join us as we explore God’s formula for cultivating the rich soil needed to live successfully.

When it comes to faith, God, and religion, we all have questions from time to time--maybe even most of the time. Why do bad things happen to good people? Does everything happen for a reason? It can be tough to ask questions if we think we’re supposed to know the answers or will feel judged for asking, but Jesus invited and welcomed questions--and at New Roads, we do too! When we ask questions, engage, and explore... we grow.
